Yeah. Yeah. All About Us!

Our mission is to take DIY animators out of their dank basements and dark garages, mix them with some animation students with some art education, add a dash of professional animators working in the real world and SHAKE WELL!!

We meet once a month for member screenings, Q&A with the animators and constructive criticism. Finished works are not necessary or expected. Animation is a long and arduous process. Sisyphus had it easy. Our goal as an organization is to keep animators motivated DURING the animation process.

Meeting Itinerary

Each meeting will begin with a short introduction of the animation to be screened as well as an open session discussing the Workshop as a whole.

The screenings will be limited to those approved ahead of time by the meeting organizers to help time management. On the fly screenings will be allowed as time permits.

Occasionally we'll have guest animators available to discuss their work, process, and tools. There will also be an occasional screening of finished work. Please look at the news section or our front page for announcements.

Membership

Membership costs nothing. Although we do recommend you help support the Atlanta animation scene by joining the Atlanta branch of ASIFA.
